Particularly, it is planned to debate the bill on medical products (Reg.
No. 2648). The document is to regulate legal relations connected with
circulation and operation of medical products as well as different medical
devices and establish rights and obligations of enterprises, institutions,
organizations and citizens and authorities of executive power and officials in
this sphere.

The Committee informs that the document corresponds to the provisions of the Council of Europe directives “On Medical Devices” (93/42/ EEC), “Active Implantable Medical Devices” (90/385/ EEC) and “On in vitro diagnostic medical devices" (98/79/ EEC).
The Committee plans to consider the bill on prevention of non-industrial injury (Reg. No. 2904). The document suggests establish basic principles of implementation of state policy in the sphere of social relations of non-industrial injury prevention, aimed at securing safe human living and working conditions.
